I have been working in the Hospitality industry for the last 14 years and my love for it has allowed me to work in bars and restaurants all over Australia. I have held many different positions in the industry from casual table waiting to high end silver service and from pouring pints to making specialty cocktails and recommending quality wines. I am used to working in high energy venues and love to do so. I have a natural ability to lead and feel I possess great people skills which enable me to easily relate to people from all walks of life.
Perform open and closing duties, cash up, count and refill ATM, rostering, oversee the running of staff both bar and floor, stocktake, order stock, co-ordinate breaks, record wastage, oversee general running of the venue.
