Responsible for the full recruitment cycle to include but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates in accordance to the yearly recruiting strategy.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career path, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Support employees and managers during performance review and maintain the appraisal system.
Develop, implement and deliver training programs.
Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
Develop personal development plans in line with the employee performance appraisal and assessment results in order to improve performance and to ensure organizational goals are met.
Coach and support employees on day to day concerns, career matters and any arising conflict within their team; handle their grievances in compliance with the Company policy and Local Labor Law.
Coach managers on conflict resolution, handling employee issues, motivating subordinates and building teams, in order to increase productivity and boost employee morale.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the exit process including coordination of final settlement, visa cancellation, etc...
Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
