Responsible for the full recruitment cycle to include but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates in accordance to the yearly recruiting strategy.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career path, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Support employees and managers during performance review and maintain the appraisal system.
Develop, implement and deliver training programs.
Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
Develop personal development plans in line with the employee performance appraisal and assessment results in order to improve performance and to ensure organizational goals are met.
Coach and support employees on day to day concerns, career matters and any arising conflict within their team; handle their grievances in compliance with the Company policy and Local Labor Law.
Coach managers on conflict resolution, handling employee issues, motivating subordinates and building teams, in order to increase productivity and boost employee morale.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the exit process including coordination of final settlement, visa cancellation, etc...
Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.
Build a relevant wide range of networks and attend job fairs to receive industry relevant CV’s.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Processes new hires and administers new hire orientation. Completes all necessary personnel forms; creates and maintains personnel files; transmits accurate and timely information to corporate Payroll and HR departments.
Handling all medical and social insurance processes.
Handling medical insurance renewal process annually.
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints … etc.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Responding to all incoming sales inquiries by phone, fax or e-mail and preparing quotations or proposals as needed.
Coordinate between sales team and product management to ensure compliance with pricing strategies and profit margins.
Generate accurate, rapid cost calculations and timely issue of quotations to the customer using CRM system.
Support the sales director with following up on the sales team activities.
Maintain and update the progress of all inquiries and finally translate it into reports to support the sales director in strategic decisions using CRM system.
Ensure an efficient tracking system of all inquiries and correspondences and incorporate them in customer’s database.
Conduct business meetings with decision makers and provide them with all the required documents for participation in the event.
Promote and achieve sales of service through visiting all the exhibitions and conferences that are concerned with the industry whether they are held in Egypt or even abroad.
Following up by keeping the customer informed with the most recent updates and answering all their inquiries.
Preparing quotations based on final agreement and according to the customer needs.
Generate weekly reports to support the sales director in strategic decisions.
Maintain files for all the inquiries and correspondences and incorporate them in customer’s database.
