An accomplished educator, Santo Galatioto Jr. graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in history and a master of arts in teaching with an emphasis in history from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. While enrolled at Quinnipiac, Santo Galatioto Jr. was admitted to the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society. He returned to Quinnipiac after years of teaching to earn a sixth-year degree in school administration.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Galatioto served as a classroom history instructor with the Milford and Hamden school systems. At Hamden High School, he was named “Teacher of the Year.” He also facilitated and taught a middle school math and science summer program for the New Haven Public Schools.
Mr. Galatioto has structured and taught junior high school history courses for Windsor Locks Public School since 2016. In addition to his commitments as an educator, he works part time as a caterer at Yale University.
