Act as the local relationship manager for the UK Open End Asset Managers (Approx 200 groups). This entailed being the first port of call for all data questions, new fund additions and escalations.
Collect, load and validate all performance and operations data for the UK universe.
Stakeholder on numerous data led projects such as New Fund creation.
Train and mentor all members of the data team.
Run weekly metrics and report to management on the increased coverage and quality for upcoming databases.
Responsible for identifying both positive and negative trends in data and working on solutions to resolve negative trends and possibility of replicating processes for positive trends.
