Based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Ryan Novaczyk leads New Perspective Senior Living as president and manages 22 communities spanning North Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. As chief financial officer, Ryan Novaczyk carries out the financing of acquisitions and developments within a company that has grown rapidly over the past decade.
Directing fiscal and technology functions, Mr. Novaczyk is tasked with strategic oversight that enables sustained revenue results. He previously spent two years as vice president of the software portfolio with the Galleon Group in New York. Undertaking research-informed long/short equity trades in application software, he maintained strong sell-side analyst relationships and developed in-depth financial models and valuation analyses methods.
Mr. Novaczyk’s areas of experience include the memory care and independent and assisted living markets. He is experienced in ensuring quality care for people living with mild cognitive impairment and conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. Maintaining longstanding membership in the American Seniors Housing Association, Ryan Novaczyk has spoken on industry topics in a number of public forums.
