Ryan Mills

A Winston-Salem-based pharmacist and pharmacy manager with Novant Health, Ryan Mills oversees a team of dedicated healthcare professionals at both the Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center and the Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center. His daily responsibilities range from the management and coordination of clinical services to the oversight of human resources, revenue integrity, productivity, TJC readiness, and the pharmacy budgets. To augment his activities as a Novant Health pharmacy manager, Ryan Mills participates in Novant Health's Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and is on the Medication Use and Policy Subcommittee of Pharmacy and Therapeutics.
In addition to his years of experience as a pharmacist, Dr. Mills holds a doctor of pharmacy with a concentration in medication management and administration from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy and a dual Master of Business Administration & Master of Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University. A board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties, he also completed the seven-course Pharmacy Leadership Academy program offered by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
