  • Extended betting platform to support trading and operating needs of Stanleybet and partners.

  • Implemented BetGenius freeing up approximately 45 FTEs.
  • Introduced basic ITIL principles, culture and tools such as Incident and Problem Management, Configuration/Change and Release Management, Monitoring and Reporting of Service Levels. Stabilised production and increased uptime.
  • Initiated Architecture programme to replace 15 year old VB code and to provide real time risk reporting and other key BI.
