- The complete Vibration data collection, monitoring and analysis of all rotating equipment.
- Perform Insitu Laser Alignment system techniques.
- Faulty findings of Roller-bearings by- Signal Enveloping.
- Carry out Bearing and Lube oil inspections.
- Responsible for the day to day plant Condition Monitoring activities throughout the plant as per scheduled and report accordingly.
- Responsible for condition monitoring/ reliability and performance evaluation aspect of the rotating Machine Trains of assingned plants.
- Regularly reviews vibration data for assigned machines and generates reports and triggers necessary actions and recommendations.
