- Operate the scale house
- Issue cargo documents (BOL, CofA, Customs papers, etc.) by using SAP & TTALK applications
- Fax cargo documents to clients
- Carry out administartive works like filing documents and making proper foloow up if necessar
- Inspect trucks at the loading racks before loading
- Make sure trucks are being loaded in a safe manner
- Verify the calibration of equipments
- Perform methodologicaly visual observation, volume & temperature measurements, and sampling of commodity materials contained or conveyed in lines, barge tanks, ship tanks, rail tanks, shore tanks, and other vessels
- Carry out draft surveys
