In the last assignment, Rohan was in Realty Industry of Dubai working as a Business and Financial analyst. In this role, he help the company in customer profiling/competitive analysis/market analysis of properties in Dubai and to provide CRM technical support. In both the project, he was actively involved as a Financial Analyst and CRM Consultant to ensure company’s requirements are met accurately and efficiently. This is been a very strong exposure and experience for him in the Realty Industry. During this tenure of 4 years, he managed two CRM systems amongst which, one was cloud based realty CRM called Propspace and other was customized CRM called CFRainbow. In addition to this he was involved in custom CRM development project.

In this role, Rohan was in Realty Industry of Dubai working as a Business and Financial analyst. In this role he help the company to define and write all the business requirements for sales and operations of the leading Realty brokerage business into a structured Software Requirement Specification (SRS). Using this SRS the company initially executed the custom CRM development which was later replaced by a Cloud based CRM application.
