Roger Paglia

Roger Paglia is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. A founding member of the band Mesa, Roger Paglia is an accomplished songwriter and music producer and has served as president of Recorded Records since 2015, where he signed diverse talents such as Cold Roses, Alya, and Marty Rhone.

Mr. Paglia, in conjunction with his producing partner David J. Holman, continues to write and produce new music through Recorded Records. Mr. Paglia is also writing music for a Broadway play and previously co-produced the off-Broadway show Mort Sahl's America.

Supplementing his role at Recorded Records, Mr. Paglia is the CEO of Animagic Media Group, where he oversees the development of digital animation for film, television, and video games, and facilitates growth through various acquisition opportunities. He is also the executive producer of the company's Bug Rangers television series.
