Icommgroup is the result of the merging between Oqvestir (www.oqvestir.com.br) and Shop2gether (www.shop2gether.com.br), the biggest premium fashion ecommerce companies in Brazil. Responsible of company's IT, projects and people management, technical leadership and investments on technology.
Mainly activities:
Led the transformation of the IT culture. Change the mindset to improve innovation, collaboration and empowerment.
Responsible for leading IT teams merging in company: help desk, infrastructure, development (backend, frontend and mobile), Ux and BI.
Responsible for the IT team management: hiring, training, coaching and development process implementation and improvement.
Lead and designed the development, with the IT team, of improvements on both sites, Oqvestir (we’ve built that) and Shop2gether (Magento). We use Agile methods, Micro-services, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and several programming languages (Ruby on rails, Python, Phoenix, Node.js, etc).
Some projects we've done:
Helped, with others, the merging process of IT systems (ERP, WMS and e-commerce).* Helped to merge whole IT infrastructure of the new office.
Took part in merge the warehouse, maintaining and improving that.
