Responsibilities: Leading the design and implementation strategy for the assigned product (internal app) by driving the following activities:
share and decompose product features into user stories (both technical and non-technical)
deliver team backlog, including milestones, to the agile team
take responsibility for the development of ongoing enhancements, create and prioritize user stores with the agile teams
participating in Sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings and provide feedback to the teams
clearly communicate the business requirements to the Team
get detail level of requirement from stakeholders or customers.
build and maintain a relationship with the Stakeholders.
ensure that all goals and milestones have been met.

product owner on documentation apps, from a software development perspective.
Leading the "Product Documentation" teams (+40 members): Product Processing and Purchasing, Product Tehnical Documentation, 360 Photo 360, Price Monitoring for Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary.
