Robert Miller (Abakan)

A veteran business leader, Robert Miller is the former CEO of Abakan, Inc., which focuses on the steel coating industry. Prior to his work with Abakan, Robert Miller established his reputation during his time as the largest shareholder of Asia America Equities, Ltd. Between 1986 and 1990, he created the financing strategies that helped the company’s share prices to increase to $24 from a starting point of $0.50.

Mr. Miller later leveraged this experience to serve Sonnen Corporation, a research and development company he currently serves as CEO. With Sonnen, he has recruited a talented team focused on the research and development of ceramics and new sets of catalysts.

Further, Mr. Miller oversees the operations of Solar Avenir, Inc., as its CEO. A company that he established, Solar Avenir invests in startup and growth-stage businesses within the solar power sector. It actively pursues investment into companies that take a disruptive approach to technology with the overall aim of investing into technologies that enhance the solar value proposition.
