As the placed agent for PE firm, Second Catalyst Capital, (see VP of M&A position above) served as lead on the day-to-day internal (Controller functions) accounting, integral part strategic planning, market positioning, and executive leadership to enhance overall performance. Built, developed, and executed all facets of financial operations, including revenue allocation, forecast modeling and projections, banking relationships, investment partnership (PE-backed), MEC, third party accountant audits and tax compliance. Facilitated to ideation and implementation of SaaS programs, SOPs, operational KPIs, and revenue targets for systematic procedures.
