  • As the placed agent for PE firm, Second Catalyst Capital, (see VP of M&A position above) served as lead on the day-to-day internal (Controller functions) accounting, integral part strategic planning, market positioning, and executive leadership to enhance overall performance. Built, developed, and executed all facets of financial operations, including revenue allocation, forecast modeling and projections, banking relationships, investment partnership (PE-backed), MEC, third party accountant audits and tax compliance. Facilitated to ideation and implementation of SaaS programs, SOPs, operational KPIs, and revenue targets for systematic procedures. Directed and supervised executive operations of company’s largest division with six direct reports, over 300 employees and 65% of total revenue.● Generated first year revenues of $580K growing to $30M for 2020, attaining all revenue and EBITDA projections.● Designed and led initiative to improve net income from 7% to over 15% in one year, enabling attainment in 2020.● Charged with reviewing and analyzing prospective and current holdings and potential acquisitions.● Directed entire QoE, due diligence, and closing process, implementing healthcare industry specific regulations due to HIPPA, DOL, and Medicaid / Medicare government funding laws and requirements.
