As chief operating officer of Seneca Resources, Rob Persiano helps guide a contractor management, IT staffing, and recruiting firm based in Reston, Virginia. In his work, Rob Persiano focuses on ensuring that strategic goals are met and facilitating effectiveness in aspects of operations such as innovation and financial model implementation.
Mr. Persiano’s past experience includes regional management and senior administration roles with Experis, a leader in the IT human resources sphere. For 17 years, he was responsible for corporate sales and recruitment aspects of the ManpowerGroup subsidiary’s operations. He has also held similar leadership responsibilities with PEOPLEASE, which offers solutions in the transportation HR sphere.
Earning his BS from the University of Central Florida, Mr. Persiano completed his MBA at the Wisconsin-Milwaukee and he has also pursued coursework at the Center for Creative Leadership. Outside of his work, heis a fitness enthusiast who enjoys weightlifting and coaching in his free time. He also rides motorcycles and gardens when he has the opportunity.
