RJ Fitch

Raymond J. “RJ” Fitch has served Philadelphia’s WuXiAppTec as Vice President of manufacturing since 2016. Soon after joining the organization, his role expanded to include responsibilities as Philadelphia Site Head. In this position, he oversees virtually all operations at three facilities in Philadelphia, with activities ranging from biological testing services to health and safety standards and manufacturing for both clinical and commercial operations. RJ Fitch has also focused on enhancing client relations and improving the overall standard of the organization’s customer services.

Raymond J. Fitch, a supporter of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), studied biology at Philadelphia University. During his time as an undergraduate, he was a four-year Division 1 scholar-athlete. In 1996, he was named Outstanding Male Athlete of the Year. After earning a bachelor of science, Mr. Fitch completed a company-sponsored executive master of business administration program at the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He finished the program with a concentration on corporate finance and operations management.
