Proceed to check-in and check-out
Achieve the complete a shift check list of a receptionist
Handle the reception of a hotel of 170 rooms alone
Counting and closing the cashier of the day (Cash and credit card)
Take manual pre-authorizations
Proceed cash withdrawal from airline crew staying at the hotel
Handling and emergency (when a flight cannot take off, all passengers are redirected to our hotel for the night)
Check that all due-in arrivals are correctly entered in the system and that all payment methods are viable.
