Transmit HSE project requirements and procedures for all subcontractors

Verification of compliance of project-related documentation on the basis of client requirements and internal requirements and SEPCO III.
The distribution of notification about updated policies or requirement established by EPC or the client to all subcontractors.
Recordings:
Establishment of a general records by creating a database of all the necessary information for all employees, vehicles, and machinery,… for both projects noor2 and noor3, the records are updated periodically in collaboration with our subcontractors.
Administrative documents of companies: control and analysis of technical files related to contractors and subcontractors operating in the solar complex (work permits, warning notes, induction, training, SPA ...)
ensured that all electronic copies are accurate and easily retrievable
Access:
Preparation of access requests and ensured that they are transferred to the client as indicated in the procedures.
Reports:
Attending the HSE meeting and preparing the minutes of MOM.
Preparation of monthly reports on the progress of on-site activities (labor, working hours, hse activities and statistics...)
Administration: -manage the agenda of the administrative department in accordance with the project planing. -insure the fluidity of internal and external communication (receiving, writing e-mails, and organizing meetings, take note of the exchanges and prepare related reports).
Logistics and procurement : -Preparation of purchase orders. -Ensure the supply of consumable materials. -Receiving and tracking of invoices. -submission of related document for material access and exit from the project following the official requirements.
HR : -Apply management’s human resources management policy. -Ensure the administrative follow-up of employees (leave, contracts, payroll, sickness, training, etc.) -coordination with independent recruitment offices for management for manpowe and follow up (CNSS/ TECTRA/ ANAPEC...).
-Implementation of processes and procedures bind to the specificities of the project. Procedures are followed; -checking the conformity of documentation related to the site (companies documents/workers documents / machinery/work procedures ...) -Control and analysis of administrative records related to the contractors and subcontractors operative in the solar complex.. -Classification and recording information, creation of a data base bind to the progress of work and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports. -Access control: checking and organizing the priorities of the access requests regarding materials, supplies and persons into the site. -contribution in the management of logistics fleet related to the distribution of local and national supplies for the solar complex. -Co-ordination between the various contributors in the planning of the project (internal and external meetings).
