(1) Managing day to day Operations Affairs for 25 Million Sq Ft High end residential complex (Common Wealth Games Village) comprising of 34 Towers, two basements, two swimming pools, various sports courts, roads and gardens. Managing 500 strong team through various supervisors for following:- (a) Security (b) Housekeeping (c) Horticulture (d) Technical (e) Helpdesk (2) Developing strategies and process for streamlining gaps.
