Managing the Quality Assurance processes to ensure the highest quality of education
Managing a team dedicated to coordinate CEMS MIM curriculum related issues regarding quality assurance, student management, brief of local CEMS teams to ensure continuity and harmonization of activities with the 34 CEMS academic partners.
Responsible for the International student management database and overseeing the data management of the student life cycle (3000 active students)
Represent the CEMS Global Office along the Executive Director in the quality assurance review process of partner universities
Main point of contact to Academic Directors and account management of 30 partner universities ( Asia-Pacific in direct, Europe, Americas in delegation)
Counselling and mentoring of newly joined schools during the period of launch to ensure integration and high quality offer of the MIM Programme
Responsible for preparing CEMS participation in the Financial Times Master Programmes' Ranking: data gathering and analysis, counselling of schools
Responsible for daily coordination of the CEMS MIM Programme among the member schools: Block seminars, Management and Business Communication Tests, graduation requirements, course evaluations. Central functions include database development, updating guidelines, coordinating graduation ceremonies in various countries
Responsible for the annual CEMS Career Forum, the job fair exclusively organized for CEMS students and companies (1000 participants). Employed by and located at host schools for periods of several months: University of Economics, Prague (Czech Republic - 2003); Aalto University Business School (Finland - 2004); Warsaw School of Economics (Poland - 2005)
Responsible for the CEMS Annual Events organization at Corvinus University, Budapest in December 2002. The Events with over 1000 participants bring together the CEMS Community for governance meetings, Career Forum and the Graduation Ceremony

With different foreign project assignements along the way, responsible for running the CEMS International Master’s Programme from selection to graduation, administer courses, seminars. Engage with international institutional partners, organise trips abroad, study tours, stakeholder events. Cooperate with academic staff, students, alumni and international partners
Teaching English as foreign language from beginner to advanced level. Head teacher for a group of students from age 14 to 19. Responsible for international youth projects (sister schools in England, France, Poland, Germany) and raising funds from the EU. Teaching Tourism as a specialization.
