Employed in Alcoa and Ma’aden Rolling Mill Project, ensure that the required documentation/records are being generated, maintained to include the details of all inspection/surveillances performed. Interact cross-functionally with project team members and management and provide input to fabrication quality management reports. Oversee subcontractor inspections and review of subcontractor documentation. Generate NCR’s, when required and communicating NDE inspection with subcontractors, materials receiving inspection of pipes, fittings, gaskets, valves, flanges, bolts and nuts according to their material specification. Control of quality for piping fabrication such fit-up, visual and dimensional inspection conforming to approved for construction drawings. Preparation of RFI to the client for various piping inspections in accordance with approved inspection and test plan (ITP) approved material drawings, responsible for issuance of Non-Conformance Reports if any violation and out of standard for piping works. Responsible for QA/QC piping inspection, shop piping spool release and field installation, laying and assembly inspection, fit-up, alignment inspection and bolt torque prior for re-instatement Review test packages and carrying out of punch list with the A, B, and C category items. Re-instatement punch list and closes out.
