A distinguished Investment Strategist with vast experience, Richard Sichel began his career as a portfolio manager with The Princeton Bank and Trust Company. Richard Sichel earned a B.A. in Commerce from Rider University. He joined The New Jersey National Bank where he served as Portfolio Manager and Chief investment Officer. He spent a decade in this role, and later served six years as Director of Investment Research with First Pennsylvania Bank.
Richard Sichel's background as well as his knowledge of the markets and Portfolio Management and Investment Strategies lead him to join The Bryn Mawr Trust Company as Chief Investment Officer. Since 1999, he has held a similar role with The Philadelphia Trust Company, which manages over $2 billion in investment funds for Institutional Clients and High Net Worth Individuals. Supplementing his career endeavors, he holds membership with the Chartered Financial Analyst Society as well as multiple estate planning councils.
In addition to professional organizations, Mr. Sichel is a member of The Union League of Philadelphia, the St. Mary Medical Center Planned Giving Committee, the Pepper Society of the Free Library of Philadelphia, and a is a Board Member of the Bristol Riverside Theatre. In his free time, he enjoys biking and learning to box along with attending Broadway shows and New York Yankees and New York Rangers games.
