44 years old
Warren United States (New Jersey)
Employed Available
A lawyer with over 35 years of experience, Richard Sasso delivers a high professional standard of representation to New Jersey clients at his Warren-based private legal practice. In the course of his career, he has represented numerous clients in zoning litigation. In 2010, for instance, Richard Sasso supported Branchburg, New Jersey, residents in their efforts to prevent PSE&G, an electric utility, from building new 500-kilovolt capacitor banks in a residential zone.

In 2015, Steve and Sabina Forbes enlisted Richard Sasso to help them in a zoning matter involving KDC Solar, which desired to build a new solar power plant in a region zoned for residential use. Mr. Sasso’s clients believed that the construction would violate the integrity of their community, and he moved on their behalf to object to KDC’s request, raising concerns that the new plant would violate New Jersey environmental standards. After 2 years of hearings and objections KDC withdrew their application.

Mr. Sasso holds a bachelor of arts from Upsala College in East Orange, New Jersey. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University Law School.
