An experienced leader in areas of digital audience development and sales, Richard J. Graziano has spent the last several years with New Haven, Connecticut’s Nexstar Media in the role of vice president and general manager of WTNH/WCTX TV. His primary responsibilities in this position, beyond oversight of all broadcast and digital operations, range from managing profitability to expanding audience and revenue opportunities across multiple platforms. He has also driven a digital first transformation initiative, as well as a brand focus research project, among other achievements. Under the guidance of Richard "Rich" Graziano, who previously spent time in leadership roles with WPIX PIX 11 in New York City and Hartford’s FOX 61/WTXX, the station has recorded local share increases for five consecutive quarters, resulting in a record market share for 2019.
Rich Graziano studied business management at Boston College, graduating with a bachelor of science. Outside of his professional activities at WTNH/WCTX, Mr. Graziano leads an active lifestyle. He has completed multiple marathons, including the Hartford ING marathon, and enjoys skiing and boating.
