I like helping people solve challenging problems in a creative way. I like dynamic and multicultural environments, where the job requires engaging with several stakeholders. I always try to push myself beyond my limits, as a self-development exercise.
Project management: worked with global business partners to define a framework that enables the capture of servicing capabilities associated at a product level.
Data analysis: on incoming customer calls and emails broken down by market and product.
Global Corporate Servicing Integration department: takes care of change management within the commercial side of the company, supporting new product launches.
