I am a Civil Supervisor holding a Civil Engineering bachelor degree, with a working experience of 8 years in different contracting companies both local and international.
I have been engaged in a wide variety of projects (Housing north Algeria/ Oil & Gas Algeria Desert ) with an estimated total value between US $ 100 million & US $ 1.6 billion.
Through my career I have proven effective in comprehending and successfully addressing series of issues that may arise in the course of a construction project (technical studies, project planning, cash-flow analysis, time-schedule etc.). I was also able to face and address issues concerning site management (supervision and execution of landscape works, employees and sub-contractors management, materialʼs supply, Companyʼs Liaison between Clients and Constructors etc.). Taking part in different kind of projects gave me the opportunity to gain significant experience in many aspects of construction projects from the beginning until the completion of the project.
I consider myself a solid team-player, hard working and strongly motivated person, always trying to improve my skills and eager to help in any way in order to have the best possible result when facing difficulties.
My main goal for the future is to continue engaging in big construction projects abroad.

- Technical assist for new civil works in the field
- Drive consistency across the various operating centers with respect to project execution plans, project execution protocols and ensure consistency with respect to construction and engineering standards.
- Ensure that all safety rules are present and respected before proceeding to all Works/ activists ( PPE, Total Safety Task Instruction TBT , permit of work valid, Hard barricade)
- Complete all performance reviews, objective setting and other human resources activities associated with managing the Civil Construction Team Health, Safety and Environmental Responsibilities
Demonstrate commitment to excellent HSE performance in all aspects of the work. - Manage, coach and provide direction to the Civil Construction Team in the field across both sites
- Review and approved documentation submitted by contractor i.e. materials submittals, method statements, ITP of project work items, check lists and QA/QC procedures.
- Sub-Contractor management including evaluating sub-contractor capabilities and assisting as applicable in the evaluation of contractor proposals and bids.
- Develop, review and approve contractual documentation to support work order development.
" Understand construction cost estimates (budget), contracts signed for the project, and report on construction cost performance. - Assist in ensuring the Quality Assurance System is implemented in accordance with company standards.
- •Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, construction and safety standards.
- Review contractor non conformance (NCR) and site observation notice (SON) to evaluate submitted recommended dispositions for approval and final closure.
