I am a Civil Supervisor holding a Civil Engineering bachelor degree, with a working experience of 8 years in different contracting companies both local and international.
I have been engaged in a wide variety of projects (Housing north Algeria/ Oil & Gas Algeria Desert ) with an estimated total value between US $ 100 million & US $ 1.6 billion.
Through my career I have proven effective in comprehending and successfully addressing series of issues that may arise in the course of a construction project (technical studies, project planning, cash-flow analysis, time-schedule etc.). I was also able to face and address issues concerning site management (supervision and execution of landscape works, employees and sub-contractors management, materialʼs supply, Companyʼs Liaison between Clients and Constructors etc.). Taking part in different kind of projects gave me the opportunity to gain significant experience in many aspects of construction projects from the beginning until the completion of the project.
I consider myself a solid team-player, hard working and strongly motivated person, always trying to improve my skills and eager to help in any way in order to have the best possible result when facing difficulties.
My main goal for the future is to continue engaging in big construction projects abroad.

- Civil supervisor and coordinator between my company and subcontractors and also between my company and client.
- Direct supervion for more then 200 manpower including formen and survoyer and also earth work team and heavy equipment (21 dump truck , 10 excavator , 2 dozer ,5 water truck and 3 mix truck )
- Organization and preparation for conc’t pouring form the excavation tell the stripping of form work
- Earthwork and Related Operations consists of excavation for the construction of the roadway, excavation for structures and pipe, constructing backfill around structures and pipe, and constructing embankments as required for the roadway, ditches, and channel changes.
- Construction of different foundation (pipe sleeper FDN, pipe rack FDN , manhole ….)
- Daily and weekly report of manpower and material to my superintendent and daily allocation manpower to the client.
- Prepared new work with the drawing and plans to the subcontractors and send daily request for inspection to our quality department
- Preparing hand over to the different department mechanical and electrical and instruments and HVAC.
- Daily tool box talk and coordinate with HSE department and there activities.
- Controlling the work quality and ensuring the Client satisfaction.
- Ensure that the quality documentation are available and its use at site
- Elaborate the data base for the recording of necessary documents.
- Ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed out prior to acceptance of the work.
