I'm currently Account director at DIGITAG, a digital communication agency in Brussels. My role is to manage our key clients, define their digital strategies and generate upsales.

ISA progamme communication: Management of the contract for the promotion of ISA programme (Interoperability Solutions for European Public Administrations): Definition of communication strategies, participation in events across the EU, production of promotional material, development of communication tools, website management...
Medicines online buying campaign: Management & development of an awareness campaign on the new EU directive against falsified medicines online buying (communication strategy, cross media campaign).
EU Timber Regulation campaign: Management & development of an awareness campaign on the new EU Timber Regulation accross the 28 EU Member States (communication strategy, cross media campaign, coordination with all EU Members States).
Eco-innovation Action Plan communication: Re-vamping of the EcoAP website, creation of an online community platform for Eco-innovation stakeholders and management of the day-to-day online communication.
Collaborative research Campaign: Definition of a communication concept for EU health and research activities and development of corresponding communication tools.
Publications’ Office websites assessment: Management of usability tests for the Publications’ Office websites (live or remote) across the EU.
Syndicat des Transports d’Île-de-France: Management of an accessibility and ergonomic analysis and the re-design of the “Infomobi” website.
New business: Participation to proposals to calls for tenders.
Skoda (Automotive): Management & development of communication campaigns and brand communication strategy for the Belgian market.
Natura 2000 Promotion (European Commission): Management and development of market studies, communication strategy, visual identity and communication toolbox (27 countries - 23 languages).
