For more than 13 years, Rebecca Gheiler has facilitated real estate projects in both the residential and commercial markets. She began her career as a graduate of the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University, where she earned her bachelor of arts in accounting. Rebecca Gheiler then accepted a position as staff accountant at Price Waterhouse in New York and served a broad range of clients, including Barclay's Bank and Seagram's.
Subsequently named a project developer for Dearborn, Michigan's CMS Energy, Rebecca Gheiler took an active role in all phases of endeavors in the Latin American market. She then became director of acquisitions for the RAK Group, through which she identified project opportunities and facilitated financial preparations for real estate projects across Florida.
Rebecca Gheiler moved on from this project to become director of sales and marketing for AA Ventures, which she served until she founded the distressed-properties company Tribute Residential in 2009. She led the company as its president for two years, then returned to the Latin American market as business development director for Colombia's Global Comprehensive Development. In this position, she worked with local executives and ministries to prospect for and develop energy and infrastructure related projects.
