For the past 11 years I have been consistently developing my personal and professional skills, working in various business environments.
During the first two years I proactively participated in the release of new projects for an international logistic platform at Renault Group. For the next five years I was working for Indal Group, joining Philips Lighting in 2012. For the following 3 years I took on the position of Commodity Manager at Biosearch Life, which was an opportunity to deploy everything I had learnt over the previous 7 years, implying a quick-adaptation test in a new sector with its own and particular regulations.
This varied experience allowed me to acquire a wide knowledge in different areas like: Project Management, International Logistics, Supply Chain, and especially a broad experience in Procurement and Purchasing as well as Supplier-Quality role.
During my work experience, I have also had the opportunity to use different ERP's, like BAAN IV or also be involved in the software integration itself, like the case of Oracle (e-Business Suite R12) and SAP R3 PR2.
Confident, tenacious, versatile and self-encouraged. I am committed to driving continuous improvement and adding value to Supply Chain processes. Devoted to on-going personal and professional development, I relish the challenge of setting and achieving ambitious targets, working as part of a team and following Lean principles.
Due to the positions I have worked in, I have had the chance to visit multiple places and countries, working with many people, always under big pressure environments, achieving challenging goals and with strict deadlines. At a personal level, I really enjoy practicing multiple sports, reading, but especially travelling to discover new astonishing cultures and wonderful places.
Award: Cylog's first award for the best project in Supply Chain Specialist degree
I had the pleasure of elaborating my senior thesis as the same time I was working at Renault Group. This project was about the difficult and burocratic process to export finished goods to Iran. This project not only considered how improve the process and make the flow easier, but how dismiss some waste-paper documents, and how accomplish all the requirements needed related to safety and security. This project was choosen by Cylog as the best between 27 candidates.
I had the opportunity to collaborate with AERCE organization sharing my knowledge about how these two incoming technologies; Big Data and Business Intelligence may help on Purchasing Dept's daily activities and how these could enhance the value of the department into the organization.
