Tech Gets Old Fast...I don't like coding, I prefer staying up to date on new web standards, modern best practices, the latest frameworks and user experience improvements, and other changes in tech means I'm constantly learning...to help my team. Focusing on coding inflates the importance of finding the “right” method to solve a problem rather than the importance of understanding the problem.

• Experience as a technical design lead/developer as part of an IT Systems Engineering team or in a IT Client Account Management (CAM) capacity will be beneficial. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic and agile environment. • Excellent Time management, Organizational skills. • Capability to complete tasks under minimal supervision. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both IT and non-IT team members. • Define the "Current State" and contrast that to the "Future State" as well as the path/roadmap to reach the target. • Lead teams made up of cross-functional members (both IT and non-IT) for technical architecture discussions and High Level and Systems design aspects. • Collaborate with the team members to arrive at the Solution architecture. • Ability to explain complex concepts in appropriate terms to suit the audience with varying technical prowess. • Convey ideas/stories/design in clear and concise manner using the graphical tools. • Investigate and solve complex technical problems and data discrepancies as well as develop solutions architecture that aligns tactical solutions (near-term) with Strategic goals/objectives (longer-term). • Work closely with Business stakeholders, IT Systems, UI, UX, Developers.

• Implantación de sistemas de elearning, portales web, blogs, comercios electrónicos. • Participación en la definición del porfolio de nuevas soluciones y servicios tecnológicos ofrecidos por cada una de las diversas líneas de negocio de la organización, así como la adaptación de soluciones existentes a los nuevos requerimientos del mercado. • Cualificar las oportunidades de negocio detectadas, en términos de probabilidad de éxito y negocio inducido. • Identificar los riesgos potenciales de la ejecución de nuevos servicios y ayudar en la elaboración de estrategias de mitigación para la puesta en marcha de estos. • Participar en la definición y ejecución de la estrategia comercial a seguir, teniendo en cuenta el porfolio de servicios y las limitaciones organizativas existentes. • Realizar Benchmarking periódico, así como investigar las nuevas exigencias del mercado con respecto a acontecimientos que puedan interesar de un modo u otro a la organización y donde se detecte negocio para la organización.
