• Experience as a technical design lead/developer as part of an IT Systems Engineering team or in a IT Client Account Management (CAM) capacity will be beneficial. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic and agile environment. • Excellent Time management, Organizational skills. • Capability to complete tasks under minimal supervision. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both IT and non-IT team members. • Define the "Current State" and contrast that to the "Future State" as well as the path/roadmap to reach the target. • Lead teams made up of cross-functional members (both IT and non-IT) for technical architecture discussions and High Level and Systems design aspects. • Collaborate with the team members to arrive at the Solution architecture. • Ability to explain complex concepts in appropriate terms to suit the audience with varying technical prowess. • Convey ideas/stories/design in clear and concise manner using the graphical tools. • Investigate and solve complex technical problems and data discrepancies as well as develop solutions architecture that aligns tactical solutions (near-term) with Strategic goals/objectives (longer-term). • Work closely with Business stakeholders, IT Systems, UI, UX, Developers.

Identifying motivators and drivers for cloud adoption and unlocking business value for our customers; Creating compelling business cases for the transition to the cloud. Work in presentation development and in client presentations or work sessions either directly through presentation. Work on development of best practices for the entire team in their practice area of responsibility. Work with the team in identifying and acting on changes to practice area processes. Work with the team on Project Plan and development of Analytics Solution and Ideation on Methodology and approach
