Manage and mentor a team of analysts and drive the delivery of a project, whilst tracking the productivity of the team
Own the testing cycle in SDLC for application/product area and Sign-off the product to be deployed into production
Interaction with product owners, business sponsors, Global Development Leads, development managers, developers, end-users, Business analysts and technical SMEs to track the project milestones and raise a flag duly
Responsible for people management including hiring, training, retention, motivation and overall refinement
