Rao Chalasani, a senior technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently resides in Livingston, New Jersey. His professional experience includes collaborating with Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, where he maintained the role of chief technology officer and Global Markets Trading Risk Management director. As part of his responsibilities for implementing and monitoring Bank of America's technology strategy, Mr. Chalasani led the development of a new risk management platform for use throughout the company and invented the United States patent pending "Enterprise Risk Management System."
