A business leader in the Greater Los Angeles Area, Ranjeet Reddy Paladugu has a career in business administration and finance that spans over two decades. In addition to having assumed full profit and loss responsibilities for several companies that produce more than $1 billion in annual sales, he has extensive experience in branding, entrepreneurism, investor relations, M&A, and team management. Ranjeet Reddy Paladugu now serves as the CEO of Specialty Holdings, an international investment firm that he founded in 2018.
He formerly oversaw financial operations as a senior executive with the Luxury Products Division/Urban Decay of L’Oreal in Newport Beach, California, as well as multiple L’Oreal divisions and subsidiaries in Florida and New York City. Moreover, he has functioned in finance manager capacities with Avaya and Qwest Communications.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, Mr. Paladugu enjoys international travel. Closer to his Irvine home, he likes to get outside regularly for nature hikes.
