Experiences

End to end recruitment process for IBM JTI :
- Sourcing candidates from the bucket list (Jobstreet, Linkedin and Email) and screen the Resumes / CV.
- Qualfying in-person and phone interview (Initial Interview) with candidates and make report of it (Pro Hire).
- Conducting company assessment test (Fresh Graduated).
- Coordinating interviews with the user.
- Following up on the interview feedback.
Assisting HR Administrator Claim :
- Do the filling for all documents.
- Approved Telephone Expanses Claim.
- Sorting the whole of weekly report.
Assisting HR Training & Development :
- Preparing and assist to design for Event in IBM JTI.
- Brainstorming to build a criteria for Best Employee of the Quarter.
- Design for Blast Email HR Info.
