As the managing partner of Rand Golletz Performance Systems in Laytonsville, Maryland, Mr. Golletz provided targeting and strategic executive coaching services to meet the specific needs of various senior business administrators and the organizations that they led.
Since retiring, Rand Golletz has devoted himself to interests and pursuits that range from reading to meditation. He stays fit by routinely exercising and paying close attention to what he eats. He also remains a devoted sports fan, watching football and baseball on a regular basis. His favorite professional football team is the Washington Redskins, and his favorite baseball team is the Baltimore Orioles.
