- Service of flow serve pump & replace of thrust bearing
- Fully involved in various pre - commissioning activities such as steam/air blowing, lube oil flushing, turbine, compressor and pump -mechanical runs and sols runs
- Shutdown maintenance of Tower internal parts its cleaning, service & box up
- Service of heat exchangers of fixed, floating, hair pin, and U tube type which include activities right from channel/Dome remove, bundle pulling, cleaning, testing, (Shell tube & final) and re fixing
- Review, Blinding/De- Blinding list & Isolate the equipment into flow/ process line as per blind list, arrangement of proper gasket & tools.
- Lump sump job fully involved in erection of various pumps, valves, trays, and drum
- Erection & alignment of static and rotary equipment’s.
- Retrofit of two sets of new electronic governor system for wet gas compressor drive turbines C-20-101-ST / 201 ST complete with all accessories and bulk materials at Delayed Coker (Unit-20) in MAB Refinery
