Detailed Description
Responsibilities as a Team Leader: • Lead the planning and implementation of Competitive Intelligence projects. • Monitoring and Controlling project budget. • Provide direction and support to the Production team. • Quality assurance in all the areas of deliverables. • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders. • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. • Project evaluations and assessment of results.
Responsibilities as a Team Leader - Statistical Quality Control: • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures. • Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards. • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data. • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems. • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. • Collect and compile statistical quality data. • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
