Reporting to the CEO, Dr. Sunil Manjarekar and I was responsible for:
Assisting and conducting 3rd party audits and providing consultancy services in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001: 2008, 2015), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP, ISO 17025, IMS (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001(EMS) and ISO 22000(FSMS) for various big projects.
Generating marketing for the company's services and maintaining company and client relationship and was fully involved in the control of record and documents for various certifications and audit reports.
Informing customers about product availability and product prices.
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and participating in training programmers.
Provide quotations to customers.
Promoting products on sale and suggesting add-on sales in order to achieve my sales target.
Keep an update on changes in the company’s products range such as new items or changes in existing items as well as informing the Sales Manager of any customer’s problems/comments on the product range or gaps in the range.
Conduct a daily detailed inspection of my assigned area so as to review the availability and the positioning of price labels and product information tags.
Review daily stock level on all products in assigned area and recommends orders to my line manager.
