    • The F&B Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the cafe. Maintain the image of WORK Café Hanoi.

    • Ensure that the staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and quality and that guest needs are met.
  • Staffing
    1. Hire, train, and motivate awesome staff.
    2. Plan and implement training programs for the new staff.
    3. Check staff scheduling.
    4. Recommend people for hiring, promotion, and, if needed, firing.
    5. Establish monthly performance reviews and performance expectations
    6. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
    7. Conduct training modules on customer service, F&B, etc.
    8. Hold regular briefings and communication meetings.
  • Customer Service
    Make sure customers are happy
    1. Interact with the customers, give a tour, recommend menu items.
    2. Managing customer’s complaints or feedbacks.
    3. Answer customers’ phone calls.
  • Quality
    Ensure the place looks the same as when it first opened.
    1. Maintain the place clean and in good condition.
    2. Fix or replace the equipment if needed.
    3. If something’s missing or needed find a way to get it. Ask for budget if needed.
    4. Maintain F&B standard.
  • Catering
    Check that events are running smoothly.
    1. Work with suppliers to plan for the events. Come up with a catering menu and quotation.
    2. Make sure that the staff knows what to do during the event.
    3. Settle the bill or delegate someone to do it at the end of the event with the organizer.
  • Marketing
    1. Help the marketing manager think of cool menu ideas and work with suppliers to develop them.
    2. Take pictures of the space and the F&B.
    3. Help the marketing manager come up with collaborations and promotional ideas.
    4. Communicate and oversee the execution of product promotions.
