Selected to become a kitchen manager after training was completed. New responsibilities include managing the budget for food orders, vendor services, and monitoring the Profit and Loss Statements for the week, month, and year. Leading the team through example and challenging them to achieve a higher standard of work. Ensuring the quality of the food was safe and delicious, maintaining the equipment through preventative care and proper repair, as well as selecting and developing the next crew member for a leadership position.
