I am currently a consuItant at falconi, back from a 2.5 year period dedicated to my Double Master degree.
My ongoing task is a Zero-Based Budgeting project in one of the largest companies in the Brazilian footwear industry.
My last professional experience was a internship in Marketing for the Eastern Europe Zone in NYX Professional Makeup, a brand part of L’Oréal.
The internship at NYX PM was part of my Double Master Degree. I studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science -LSE, in London, U.K and at the Rotterdam School of Management - Erasmus University, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Prior to that, I spent the first year of my Master at Fundação Getulio Vargas - FGV EAESP SP, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
My main working experience was at FALCONI, one of the biggest management consulting firms in Brazil. Due to that, I have worked with many diferent organizational backgrounds, such as governments, small and big companies and NGOs.
I have a bachelor degree in Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas - FGV EAESP SP.
I was born in 1990, in Botucatu, Sao Paulo State, Brazil.
Contact Center Company (03/2016 – 07/2016): reduce the company´s fixed costs and control all the expenses of the 2016 Budget
Contact Center Company (03/2015 – 02/2016): increase the company´s asset utilization by analyzing its infrastructure and proposing actions in order to optimize its return on assets
Food Company (11/2014 – 02/2015): decrease the operating costs of three production lines of potatoes by understanding the correlation between the production stages and results in order to identify the best practices
Truck Company (02/2014 – 10/2014): improve the company´s profit margin by creating action plans to expand its market share in the state of Mato Grosso and to reduce fixed and variable costs
Sao Paulo State Government (02/2013 – 01/2014): Deploy the de-pollution goals of rivers Tietê and Pinheiros to the cities located in the “High Tietê” area; create action plans to increase the water quality in these cities and follow the action plan status
