• Negotiated with host of China-ASEAN Expo to expand exhibition area from 1200m2 to 2600m2 • Redesigned pricing and marketing strategy, created digital marketing innovation, recruited 156 companies (more than 900 people) to attend the China-ASEAN Expo during three months, led a team of 10 to serve those customers professionally.
• Organized a survey about customer satisfaction after the ASEAN Expo, Analysed factors which could influence exhibitors’ attendance, made a plan about how to improve next year
• Managed a recruitment meeting allowing 60 agricultural companies to look for talented and proper graduates in China
Assisted colleagues to finish all the work including targeting exhibitors, designing exhibition booths and finalizing financial plans during pre-exhibition and post-exhibition in SIAL Paris international food exhibition 2016 and China High Tech Fair 2016
