  • Won the “Cracku of the year” award at Fynd, for solving problems with data and tech
  • Won a cash prize of 1 lakh rupees at Fynd for securing the first position in a business plan competition, “Eureka”
  • Building the Fashion Accessories category by getting brands that address the respective category problem like SKU count, price segment etc
  • Negotiating commercial terms with brands and over-seeing the onboarding process along with other teams
  • Built the Brand Solutions unit by monetizing the platforms of Askmebazaar-like grocery, NDD, Mebelkart, through partnerships with brands for branding or sales promotions
  • Managed the sales team to achieve a constant lead generation process in order to meet the revenue targets
  • Managed the Horlicks Extensions portfolio- with an annual advertising budget of 73Crs and Foods portfolio with an annual advertising budget of 11Crs for GSK Consumer Care
  • Developed and strategised the media launch of new product Horlicks Growth Plus, in order to take over the most credible product in the Health Food Drink category
