Curated an annual US$ 8.8 billion DFI Syndication and Co-Financing Platform called the African Financing Partnership (AFP) with World Bank/IFC, AfDB, EIB, FMO, DEG, Proparco, South African DBSA and IDC.
Directed the FFD Initiative with the Swiss SDC and UN Office of FFD convening the largest 5 multilateral development banks and global investment banks to leverage public capital to catalyze private capital.
Compiled the WEF Report: ‘Untapped Potential of Development Finance Institutions to Catalyze Private Investment’ as a precursor to Blended Finance Funds with First Loss Tranches and Impact Investing.
Launched as an intrapreneur the Dutch AAA-rated specialized Food & Agribusiness Rabobank in India with the CEO and 5-member start-up team. Built the corporate finance business into a loan book of $1 billion over 5 years.
