As a Business Manager, I'm responsible for Key Account Management, consultants recruitment and in charge of a team's management that I set up.
Current major accounts porfolio : BNP (CIB/AM/Finance Groupe/PF), Natixis (BGC,Ostrum), AXA, ING
Business:
Prospect and close new business
Ensure relation with clients
Open news accounts (Ostrum, ING, AXA EB Partners...)
Implement business strategies
Participate to the developpement of the firm and the group
People Management:
Management of a team with more than 15 consultants (evaluation, training, well-being,...)
Business monitoring to ensure successfull performance
HR:
Recruiting new consultants (interview, recruitment follow-up, induction,...)

Create and maintain the market study (France, Belgium, Switzerland and Spain)
Follow-up and improvement of the solution

Consulting Part :
Identify and create new commercial leads/projects
Ensuring relation with clients
Creation of the referencing file for the company

Write, control and process cargo documents (export, import, transit) according to airline procedures (El Al Cargo, Qatar Airways Cargo, Ethiopian Cargo).
Share the information regarding the cargo to be handled with the other departments, the customs services and the customers (El Al Cargo, Ethiopian Cargo, TNT...).
